Tier 1, 2 and 3 offenders. Juveniles offenders are also tiered.

Level 2 tier every 180 days, Life Time Registration
Level 3 tier once every year for 15 years

Duration of Registration (§89.04)
(a) Lifetime; Level One and Level Two Offenders must comply with this Chapter for the length of that person’s life.
(b) Fifteen (15) Years; Level Three Offenders. A Level Three Offender must comply with this Chapter for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of that person’s initial registration.
