Registrants need to know that “online identifiers” is interpreted to include IP addresses. This means that technically, any person who uses a dynamic IP address is committing a felony if they do not list each and every IP address ever assigned to them. 589.407 lists online identifiers as required information for registration.
The Jackson County sheriff's office specifically states that this includes IP addresses.
